Shipping Policy

Towle Inc uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS as shipping carriers.

Rifles, Matched Receiver Sets, and Upper Receiver Assemblies purchased from the Webstore are built to order and customers should expect a 2 to 3 week lead time for the upper to be built and tested.

All Upper Receiver Assembly orders will be shipped FedEx or UPS 'Signature Direct' which means the name on the order, is the only name that can sign for the upper.

All Rifle and Matched Receiver Set orders will be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer only in compliance with all Federal and State laws.

Due to a variety of regulations, Towle Inc Webstore purchases require billing and shipping addresses to be located within the 50 United States including the District of Columbia. We will not ship outside the USA.

Limited Warranty

Towle Inc. products are warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship for life of the original purchaser. Towle Inc.'s obligation under this limited warranty shall be (1) repairing or (2) replacing any product upon inspection at Towle Inc. and based on its discretion, is found to be defective in material or in workmanship. This warranty is limited and does not extend to: careless handling, abuse and misuse, unauthorized adjustments or modifications, use of improper ammunition, excessive or unreasonable use, ordinary wear & tear, rust or corrosion, and barrel obstruction. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty and applies only to factory built products. Items that are returned and found to be Out-of-Warranty will be repaired at the customer's expense; however, no work will be performed without the customer's written authorization.

Exclusive Remedy

The remedies in this section and in the warranty agreement constitute the sole and exclusive remedies of any authorized customer, as well as its successors and assigns, for any defect in the product.

Disclaimer

The warranty stated in this agreement is the sole and exclusive warranty pertaining to the product. Towle Inc. disclaims any warranty express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Towle Inc. be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitations, lost profits, costs of delay, with respect to economic loss or injury to property or to third parties, whether as a result of breach of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise.

Returns

Items will be accepted for a full refund (less freight), if returned within 60 days and are new / unused. Towle Inc. will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Special Items:
• Rifle Uppers will have a 10% restocking fee applied to unwanted and unused uppers.
• Rifles and associated products must receive prior written permission from Towle Inc. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned rifles and related products. No refunds will be given for products and packaging not returned in a condition for re-sell by us.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks after receipt by Towle Inc.

In the event that you need to return a product, a return authorization number will be required. Please call a Customer Service Representative at (877) 845-6733 to obtain this authorization number prior to shipment. Be sure to include this number on the outside of your package and on all correspondence. Items must be returned prepaid to the address shown below. Towle Inc. does not accepts responsibility for items lost or damaged in shipping. Items that are returned and found to be Out-of-Warranty will be repaired at the customer's expense; however, no work will be performed without the customer's written authorization.

NFA Policy

Towle Inc. will sell NFA items to qualified customers only when all provisions of the National Firearms Act are met, and there are no Local or State Regulations preventing such sale. Towle Inc. does not give legal advice, and is not responsible to determine your eligibility to own or possess an NFA item. All NFA rules apply.

Export Controls

User acknowledges that any technical data furnished by Towle Inc. in connection with this order may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including but not limited to the Arms Export Control Act, 22 USC § 2778, (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 CFR 120-130, (ITAR) promulgated pursuant thereto. In this regard, User agrees that, unless it has obtained prior written consent from the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Control (DDTC), they will not export, reexport, or transship, directly or indirectly, the goods, documentation, technical assistance, or any media in which any of the foregoing is contained, or other technology provided hereunder or the direct product thereof, to any country or to any non-U.S. citizen.
